2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
2.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 96ph account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 96ph support immediately via live chat.
2.3 Each player may hold only one (1) 96ph account. If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the account recovery function on the 96ph login page rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
2.4 You must not allow any other person to use your 96ph account. Account sharing is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
3.2 Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals of any kind are not accepted.
3.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 96ph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3.4 96ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.
3.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the 96ph platform and may be updated from time to time. 96ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 96ph are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
4.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
4.3 96ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 96ph's decision is final.
4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
4.5 96ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.1 All games available on 96ph are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
5.2 Random number generator (RNG) games on 96ph are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professionally monitored studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, 96ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. 96ph is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 96ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 96ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 96ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 96ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 You may close your 96ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
10.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
10.4 96ph reserves the right to retain account records and transaction history for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
11.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 96ph support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
11.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 96ph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
11.5 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
